I couldn’t have asked for better people to help me after my sunroof shattered. The team at Caliber Collision didn’t just handle my damaged car they looked after me too. When a storm was rolling in, they quickly wrapped my vehicle to protect it from the rain. Then they carefully vacuumed up every bit of glass from the shattered sunroof. What stood out most, though, was how genuinely concerned they were about me and my family. They treated our situation with the same care and urgency they gave the car itself. That kind of character is rare, and it made a stressful experience so much easier. Highly recommend.

We had lots of trouble booking an appointment. We finally called and still had difficulty booking with the individual we spoke with. We eventually booked one to bring our car in for an estimate. We asked on the phone if we could drop our car off for repair after getting an estimate and were assured we could. We got to our appointment today, and the person who had booked our appointment apparently did not fill in any of our information. Then, we were told we could not drop the car off after getting an estimate and were told to wait a few minutes for the estimator. After five minutes, the front desk person told us the estimator was stuck in traffic. We booked our appointment so we could both get to work on time, so we had to leave. The entire experience was completely unprofessional. We brought our car to auto works down the road who accommodated us immediately.

I had my vehicle repaired here through a third‑party insurance claim after an accident, and my experience was excellent. The team at this branch is professional, communicative, and consistently welcoming — always greeting you with a warm smile. I’m very pleased with the service and would highly recommend them.

I had damaged the front bumper of my Lexus. I damaged it after sliding on ice and hitting a sign. The bumper had cracks in it and it was even coming off the side hinges above the tires. USAA recommended Caliber Collision so that’s who I went with. When I came back to get my car it looked brand new. They did such an amazing job I asked Tammy if Harry Potter fixed it because it looked so good. Everyone was really kind and they kept me up to date through calls and texts almost daily. They even had awesome snacks for customers and my inner chubby kid was going crazy. I am beyond satisfied with the quality and value of service I was offered.

On July 21, 2024 someone slammed into the back of my vehicle when my parents and I were at a stoplight. After filing a claim through their insurance company, I shopped around for an auto body repair shop. I checked some reviews online and Caliber Collision at 1319 Capital Blvd stood out. From the moment I called and spoke to Tammy on the phone, I knew without a doubt that this was the right repair shop for me. Tammy was very professional and cordially answered all of my questions. Within 24 hours I received a return phone call from Caliber with the earliest available dates for the start of my repair. On the day I took my vehicle into the shop, I was pleasantly greeted by Tammy who gave me a brief explanation of the process. Tammy also arranged for the rental car to be delivered to the shop. This was a huge convenience for me. I was very appreciative of this benefit. I was then introduced to my Service Advisor, Chris. Chris greeted me with a smile. He has a good sense of humor and lightened the mood before we went to take a look at the damages to my vehicle. Chris did a thorough visual inspection of the damages to my vehicle.
